Fresh Fruit Tea Smoothie


1-cup strong cold tea
1/2-cup frozen fruit
1-tablespoon Mrs. Kelly’s Sugar or other sweetner.
1-tablespoon Flax Seed
Combine all ingredients in blender, blend on high until smooth.
Great low calorie way to start the day on the run!

Smoked Tea Eggs

12 peeled hard boiled eggs
2 cups double strength Lapsang Souchong
2 cups soy sauce
¼  cup peeled chopped garlic cloves
Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, remove eggs.
Enjoy eggs alone or substitute them in your favorite recipes
that hard boiled eggs are called for. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days in air tight container.
