Fresh Fruit Tea Smoothie:
1-cup strong cold tea 1/2-cup frozen fruit 1-tablespoon Mrs. Kelly’s Sugar or other sweetner. 1-tablespoon Flax Seed Combine all ingredients in blender, blend on high until smooth. Great low calorie way to start the day on the run!

 



Smoked Tea Eggs:
12 peeled hard boiled eggs 2 cups double strength Lapsang Souchong 2 cups soy sauce ¼ cup peeled chopped garlic cloves Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, remove eggs. Enjoy eggs alone or substitute them in your favorite recipes that hard boiled eggs are called for. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days in air tight container.
