Throughout a large portion of the Middle East, “Chai” is simply what people call tea. A coffeehouse favorite, this spicy Indian blend is no less popular here. And with a blend of cardamom, cinnamon, clove, & vanilla it‘s easy to see why. It’s usually best served with some milk and Mrs. Kelly’s organic sugar.
